Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Yeshivat Noam. We're excited for you to join our family. Here's more information about our process after you apply.

Our applications will open in early October. Our application deadline is December 18, 2023. 

For Early Childhood:

REGISTRATION- After December 18, once we confirm we have a spot for your child, we will ask you pay a registration

      fee to commit to your spot, pending final acceptance.  

PARENT INTAKE MEETING - We will contact you to arrange a meeting with our Early Childhood Administrators so we can

learn more about your child and start getting to know you. We welcome any questions you may have.

PAPERWORK- If applicable, please provide us with any evaluation reports, therapy

progress reports, or IEP’s as part of the application or emailed to [email protected]

LEARNING ABOUT YOUR CHILD- We will speak with your child’s current teachers so we can obtain feedback and

           collaborate. If possible, we will observe him/her in his/her current school.

NOTIFICATION & ENROLLMENT - You will receive an email confirming your child’s acceptance to Yeshivat Noam.

For Elementary and Middle School Grades 1-8:

PAPERWORK-Please include most recent report cards, standardized test scores,

support service reports, and any psychoeducational testing or evaluations, if applicable, with the application.

AN OBSERVATION- We will arrange a visit to your child’s current school so we can

observe him/her in the most comfortable setting. We may also speak with your child's teacher so we can obtain feedback and collaborate. 

PARENT INTAKE MEETING & STUDENT TESTING - You will meet with administrators

involved in your child’s grade so we can get to know you better and answer any questions you might have.

On the same day, your child will partake in a testing session to determine if our program is a good fit for your child

and, should he/she enroll, what the appropriate placement is.

NOTIFICATION & ENROLLMENT - You will receive an email from Rabbi Hagler

confirming your child’s acceptance to Yeshivat Noam and will be sent information on how to enroll. 

A VISITATION – Your child can come spend some time at Yeshivat Noam making new friends!

Important Dates

Please submit your application and application fee by December 18, 2023.   Although we are happy to accept applications until all available spaces are filled, we will begin reviewing applications after this date.
