The box above is the defualt header box on a Scrapbook page.  The text in this box is automatically formatted by the stylesheet used on all of your pages.  The box below has been set up to contain these same styles and can be copied and pasted into a content box on any other page by hovering over the box, then clicking the Copy icon (third icon).  Then, go to the destination page, add a new content box, hover over that box, and click the paste icon (fourth icon).
